This beautiful fully equipped beach front home is a favourite and boasts many repeat visitors who come annually to enjoy their sea side home.

Snorkel 20 steps from your front door, laze in the hammock and star gaze or visit the many nearby cays . 15 minutes drive will take you to Treasure Cay or Marsh Harbour with shopping, fishing guides, boat rentals and scuba diving. Or you may just decide to perfect the art of beach combing.

With its unique layout Nutty Mermaid can be rented as just the downstairs - or with the self contained 1 bedroom apartment upstairs as well. The two units are never rented to two separate parties at the same time.
