This charming, luxury, private beachfront house is situated on
the beach 15 miles north of Marsh Harbour.The secluded home is on 2
acres and has stunning views across the Sea of Abaco.
There is a quiet tropical garden with fish pond to the rear of the
property and a 10 foot wide wrap around veranda surrounds the villa.
Two large equal bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms make this a
perfect holiday home for two couples. Both bedrooms look out onto the
ocean. One bedroom also has a pull out couch.
The fully equipped open plan kitchen has a large fridge/freezer with ice
maker, a dishwasher and modern cooker. The laundry room provides you
with washer and dryer.
The house is centrally air conditioned and boasts 2 large 54"
televisions.
Hammocks and sunbeds provide perfect lounging areas.
Although your peace and privacy are guaranteed here, the resort town of
Treasure Cay to the north is only 10 miles away with a golf course, boat
rental, snorkeling and scuba dive operation, shops and restaurants.
Similarly the bustling town of Marsh Harbour is 15 miles to the south.
You can be as busy or as quiet as you choose.
